Working with children and their families is my passion, together with an amazing team of professional early educators we work in a family atmosphere, were love and respect thrive.

Our aim is to provide an environment of inclusiveness and equity with endless opportunities, fundamental for the development of happy successful children who can grow to lead fulfilling lives, and contribute to a society were values matter.

Free play is a crucial component of early childhood development as it empowers young children to achieve milestones in their unique and self-driven manner. When children engage in unstructured play, they have the freedom to explore, experiment, and make choices independently.

Through free play, children build essential skills at their own pace, gaining confidence in their abilities while nurturing their creativity and curiosity. This unstructured time not only supports their developmental milestones but also lays the foundation for a lifelong love of learning and exploration.

At L'Ecole childcare centre we encourage our children to learn and grow through play.

Emphasizing on a holistic development, providing children with a nurturing and inclusive environment. The Nordic approach values play- based learning, allowing children to explore and discover through hands- on activities, imaginative play, outdoor education, physical health, creativity, and a connection with the natural world.

Childcare is important for children as it helps reach important developmental milestones.

Children may forget what you tell them but they will never forget how we made them feel, so let’s devote ample time to them with lots of love, patience & care.

Nothing gives me more satisfaction than listen, assist and help parents through the process to enrol their little ones to start their first journey within our centres.

Childhood memories have a lasting impact on our lives, and being involved in a child's upbringing brings an indescribable joy. Working with children is my true passion, allowing me to experience that joy every day. I firmly believe that each child is special and has so much to offer, which highlights the beauty of humanity. By encouraging children to play, explore, and step out of their comfort zones, we empower them to grow and thrive.

In each L‘Ecole Childcare Centre, we have an extremely dedicated team of qualified child carers that are always willing to go the extra mile for the sake of the children. At L’Ecole, we emphasize on teamwork, where we all work together towards the same goal and implement the importance of teamwork on our children. We believe in unstructured activities and learn through play to entertain and educate our children that are in our care. Each of our centres is original and different from each other, each with its own special characteristics. Our children enjoy their day at L’Ecole and feel like happy and secure. Health and safety of the children and our carers is a top priority at L’Ecole Childcare Centres.

We Strive to offer the best quality childcare service to all the kids in our care. My prime directive is to have unique teams of early childhood educators that give the best care possible to all the children attending our Centres.

While I have an amazing team of early childhood educators & managers by my side, I always remind them that there is always room for learning more to enhance their skills. I make sure that all our teams are well trained and focused enough to adhere to every child’s individual interests and needs at all times.

Nonetheless It is my pleasure watching our little ones learn through play at a pace that is right for each of them individually. I emphasize that childhood is not some kind of race or competition to compare one’s child abilities to another.

I believe that it’s One Little Win at a time! And why do I call it one little win? As every milestone is like a major accomplishment for each child’s development, and that’s definitely a win for them and in the way they picture their world to be. That’s when I feel amazed, having the opportunity to watch each child’s milestone happening at their own pace. Play is the key to show the success of what they’re actually learning through expressing themselves in beautiful different ways of their own whilst exploring and learning through playtime.

Something I find very important in my job is praising. I praise all my staff & children in our care for trying their best! This will infuse them with motivation to keep moving forward to obtain great results in anything they try & do.
